Festival Chorus
Choir program Summer 2010
There will be a Festival Chrous this year - 2010. At the moment, CYMC is deciding whether to have rehearsals twice a week for four or five weeks, or every night (with nights off) for two weeks prior to the performance. At present, by far the majority vote is for the twice weekly rehearsals. If you have any distinct preference for either rehearsal schedule, please email the registrar with your preference
The performance will be on July 17th with the orchestra. Registration forms will be available for downloading as soon as all the details are finalized. If you would like to be notified when they are available and to receive any other choir news please email the registrar
Eligibility
The Festival Chorus is non-auditioned. To read music is an advantage but not a requirement and some experience is beneficial but is not mandatory. Don’t assume for a moment that this suggests a lesser challenging program.
